Terms of sale and purchase information
Rules for Farma Kosoř orders, payment, delivery, complaints and newsletter.
DRAFT – sales have not started. These terms will be completed before launch according to the actual range, prices and delivery methods and reviewed by an expert. Until then they are not binding.

2. Payment and delivery
Online card payment in a secure checkout is planned; cash on delivery is being considered.
Planned options: pick-up, vending machine and shipping. Costs, areas and times will be published before launch and always shown at checkout.
3. Confirmation and receipt
After ordering you receive an e-mail confirmation and a receipt for every order.
4. Withdrawal
Consumers may withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days of receiving the goods.
Withdrawal does not apply to perishable goods (e.g. fresh eggs) or sealed food unsealed after delivery for hygiene reasons. Exceptions will be specified for the actual range.
5. Complaints
Report defects without delay to farma.kosor@gmail.com or by phone, with order number and photo.
For food with a best-before or use-by date, defects must be reported before that date. Complaints are handled within 30 days.
6. Out-of-court disputes
The competent body is the Czech Trade Inspection Authority (www.coi.cz).
7. Newsletter rules
Subscription is optional and free. We send news about the sales launch, new products and farm events, usually at most a few times a month.
Unsubscribe any time via the link in every e-mail or by writing to farma.kosor@gmail.com. E-mails are sent via Brevo.
8. Food information
Ingredients, allergens, weight, shelf life, storage and producer details will be given for each product and on the pack as required, once the product is on sale.
